I like the idea of discussing database connectivity options. It is
certainly a key requirement for many of us in our "enterprise" use of
Python, vs. simple productivity scripts.

you should see if anyone has ideas about things they'd like
to hear covered. that might inspire someone to step-up.
a few ideas:
i personally would like to see the state of affairs of
database connectivity in python. (it's been a while for
me), do you still have to deal with different interfaces
when dealing with different databases?
maybe one night it'd be interesting to see a handful of
people talk about creative uses of python or some of the
a-typical things they are doing in python. i get some
effective use writing vim macros to speed up my development
i've still haven't found time to dive into zope, is anyone
proficient in it?
is anyone using python in .NET?
