Fwd from Tim Kemper:

I hope that everyone enjoyed the holidays.

I've finally located a meeting place. It's the George Reynolds Library on
Table Mesa Drive just west of Broadway in Boulder. The meeting room is in
the basement - enter through the front door. No food or drink is allowed.
The address is: 3595 Table Mesa Drive, Boulder, CO 80305

I've reserved the room for our first two meetings - (sorry for the short
notice on the first one).
Our first meeting is scheduled for Monday, Jan 14 - 6:45 - 8:45 pm
and our second is scheduled for Monday, Jan 28 - 6:45 - 8:45 pm

The choice of the days to meet was dictated by the availability.
Perhaps, in the future, we will be fortunate enough to have someone's
workplace allow us to meet there - giving us added flexibility. If you
haven't yet, I would suggest getting and reading the first study book, which
is Shalloway and Trott's "Design Patterns Explained". I would like to start
a discussion of this book on this list during this next week. It would be
nice if we could get enough discussion on this list so that if someone needs
to miss a meeting they can still keep up with the study group.

Directions to George Reynolds Branch Library:
If coming from Denver:
Take Hwy 36 to Table Mesa exit. Turn West (lest) on Table Mesa at light at
end of exit ramp. Cross over 36 and continue on Table Mesa to Broadway.
Here you will see a Conoco on your immediate left and a shopping center with
King Soopers across Broadway on the left. Continue through the light on
Table Mesa, the library will be on your left, just a little past the light.

If coming from CU, Boulder:
Take Broadway (Hwy 93) South, until you get to Table Mesa. Turn right (west)
and look on your right for the library.

If coming from Golden:
Take Hwy 93 North until Table Mesa. Turn left and look on the right for
library.

Hope to see you there.
