[OCF] Inconsistencies in Resource Agent specification

Hi,
I was reading the OCF resource agent spec in depth (pun perhaps intended),
and discovered the following inconsistencies in it, which I hadn't noticed
before:
1) The RA metadata calls the monitor depth "depth", but the RA spec calls
the corresponding environment variable OCF_CHECK_LEVEL. I think they
should be consistent. Let me suggest renaming OCF_CHECK_LEVEL to
OCF_CHECK_DEPTH.
2) The RA metadata example applies "depth" to the status operation, but the
RA environment variable description implies (correctly IIRC) that the
OCF_CHECK_LEVEL variable only applies to the monitor operation.
Let me suggest that the examples be changed from status to monitor.
