AEM and TIPC are referenced as possible implementations for cluster
communication and event management in the CGL specs.  However, the CGL
specs to not dictate an implementation.  Both TIPC and AEM are
proprietary development project that were recently released into the
open source.  They do not comply with any of the interface
specifications, OCF or SAF.
