[OCF]OCF meeting in Ottawa

Hi,

We had our OCF meeting in Ottawa on Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM (including a 
lunch break).

Although everyone uniformly agrees what an awful time this was to meet, we 
had a very productive meeting nevertheless...  Horms was even on time ;-) 
(much to his own surprise).

Yixong Zou will be posting meeting minutes to the mailing list in a few days.

We got completely through the ".txt" part of Lars' spec from end to end, and 
resolved all substantive differences and lots of textual and wording ones.

This is very good indeed!

Lars should be updating the CVS version of the spec this week.
