The agreed-upon time was 9:30-1:30.  But, I'll be there at 9:00 and will 
start as soon as "most people" show up.  Officially, we have to be out of 
the room by 1 PM, so we ought to start as soon as we can.

I know 9 AM is early for some people.  It'll be early for me too, but I 
don't see that we have much choice, if we want to accomplish anything to 
speak of.

Lars:  You mentioned BOFs.  Are there any BOF slots left?  We could *also* 
have a BOF one evening.
