Yes; I think even 4 hours is a bare minimum. Flying 14.000 km for half a
day of work comes pretty close to beeing crazy. 

Maybe we could squeeze in some more time either late on sunday or
sometime earlier during the week? I suppose it's a little late to
organize this with not everyone accessible by email and too short notice
to reserver rooms and such, but the more we get done, the better.

I suppose most OCF-participants will show up for the HA-related
tutorials, so maybe it would be possible to figgure someting out then.


Also, do we have a phone and a conferance-bridge available?
In case there are participants not beeing able to meet in person but
perhaps by phone?
