[LinuxFailSafe] no binary download

Hi,

I went to the download site of failsafe and I noticed
that there is none. I looked for rpms 'coz I am using
redhat 7.3 and I only found suse 7.2. I downloaded
from CVS and I noticed something; Everytime I
download, the size changes. Why? Shouldn't there be a
snapshot? Why is there no release build for linux
failsafe?
