[LinuxFailSafe] problem reseting node

On one node I wasn't using the correct syntax, I 
corrected this and am using this as the
System Controller owner device:

rps10,/dev/ttyS0,HA1,0

It still doesn't work.  It only works directly 
using the stonith command outside of failsafe.
To integrate stonith and failsafe I have
updated the Makefile to reflect the changes in the 
README.stonith file. I then recompiled and reinstalled
failsafe on each node.

Makefile changes:
LCFLAGS += -D_STONITH_API_ENABLED_
LCINCS  += -I /usr/local/include
LLDLIBS += -L /usr/lib  -lstonith

I didn't update crs_porttypereg.c because I read in
other posts that it was no longer necessary.

It still isn't integrated, I still get the message 'no response from system controller' when I try to reset a node in failsafe, any suggestions?
