Hi,
I recently purchased two rps10 devices to use in my
failsafe cluster. My cluster is composed of two
nodes HA1 and HA2. When I try to restart a node via
failsafe I get the following error message.
>From node HA1
cmgr> admin reset node HA2
Server error: no response from system controller at HA2
or a remote server
Failed to admin:
reset
admin command failed
If I enter the following command on cluster node "HA1"
node HA2 successfully restarts.
/usr/local/sbin/stonith -t rps10 -p "/dev/ttyS0 HA2 0" HA2
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong in my node configuration for
failsafe to have problems contacting the system controller?
Here is my node configuration, I followed the suggestions on
other posts for the syntax (rps10,/dev/ttyS0,0).
cmgr> show node HA2
