Hi,
have you done a cdbreinit on both nodes ? It is important to do this =
before you configuring anything.
Best regards

Betreff: [LinuxFailSafe] Failsafe on SuSE 7.0 cdb error 7
Hello,
i've installed the following components on my SuSE7.0 boxes (2 units):
sysadm_base_tcpmux-1.3.7-1.i386.rpm
sysadm_base-lib-1.3.7-1.i386.rpm
sysadm_base-server-1.3.7-1.i386.rpm
cluster_admin-1.0.2-1.i386.rpm
cluster_services-1.0.2-1.i386.rpm
failsafe-1.0.2-1.i386.rpm
sysadm_failsave-server-0.9.1a-5.i386.rpm
sysadm_base-client-1.3.7-1.i386.rpm
sysadm_failsafe-web-0.9.1a-5.i386.rpm
sysadm_failsafe-client-0.9.1a-5.i386.rpm
the systems have a system-hdd each and one shared hdd.
when i start the services via script in /etc/rc.d/init.d/fs_cluster =
start,
i can connect to the both nodes with the failsafe manager (gui).
when i try to add a node, the gui hangs.
