Did you do a Filesystem Check every time you mount the Filesystem. I got a
similiar Problem with a jfs-Filesystem.
I fixed it by forcing a filesystem Check every time the resource is mountet.
You have to edit the file
/usr/lib/failsafe/resource_types/Filesystem/create_resource_type.sh
