[LinuxFailSafe] ext3 and quota.

Hello Marcin,

If you can provide the logs script_* and srmd_* in /var/log/failsafe,
maybe we can see what happened.  Also, it would be helpful to provide
all resources in your resource group, and their configuration
settings(unless the FS resource is the only one).
