Grab the latest source from CVS (now finally restored), setup a test cluster,
and hack away ;-) And then, send a patch (preferably in unified diff format)
to the list, saying what cool feature you have implemented, fixed a bug (there
are no bugs ;-), or, if you want to be remembered forever, what you
wrote/updated the documentation for.

do you have a specific suggestion where you would like to work on?
Right now, the most interesting piece would be to work on the GUI and make it
work with newer JDKs than 1.1.8 or fix some of its coredumps.
