Did you do "Start HA services"? (Or haActivate from the commandline)

If it doesn't get the WTI RPS-10 Ready string, my crystal orb tells me that
your serial cable which you used to connect the power switch does not
correctly connect the pins necessary for hardware flow control.

Please get a fully wired cable.

If that is a wrong guess, you may have incorrectly configured your power
switch; you should have set it to 9600bps.
