[LinuxFailSafe] problems getting started

Removing /var/lib/failsafe/cdb and re-running cdbreinit and cbd-create-std-=
nodes (or something like that) has got things going again.

As for documentation, if i can get a trivial setup going, i'll try to =
document the basics.

No idea. Potentially your cluster is not "online" but in "Unknown" status.
