Without a STONITH device, there is no need to setup a serial connection; this
is used only by some STONITH devices (ie, the WTI RPS-10 for example).
FailSafe itself doesn't use it.

Without a STONITH device, a FailSafe cluster will not work reliably, either.
You can tell it to use "ssh", but that will only cover a very limited set of
test scenarios (for which it was exclusively created, actually); most notably,
it will not be able to resolve a real node crash or physical cluster
partition.
