[LinuxFailSafe] Install problems

Hi,

  I am trying install sysadm_base-1.3.7-0.src.rpm in Suse 7.1

  I have had  get the following errors when I do
     "rpm --rebuid : sysadm_base-1.3.7-0.src.rpm"
  My automake version is  1.6


aclocal: configure.in: 149: macro `AM_PROG_LIBTOOL' not found in library
aclocal: configure.in: 151: macro `AM_GNU_GETTEXT' not found in library
Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.2803 (%build)


Where can I find the a list of pre-requisites to install FailSafe ?
