cam_svc thread is supposed to read the information. If there
are too many messages in the pipe, you run into this problem.

FailSafe GUI will not get the update. All FailSafe operations
and configuration changes will not be impacted.
If you encounter the problem, you can kill cad process in the machine or connect GUI to another
machine in the cluster. 

Please note that cad process will be automatically restarted
by cmond process.
