[LinuxFailSafe] failed to write to pipe

sorry about the previous post, emacs decided to send the mail before
me...

Hello,

we receive the following message every 10 sec.:

ccacdb_poll: failed to write to pipe fd 34: Resource temporarily
unavailable

after some poking around, I figured the reason is that one thread
writes to a pipe, but another one, which is supposed to read, does
not, and so the pipe runs full and thus the strerror:
"Resource temporarily unavailable"

Anybody seen this before? knows what to do? any hint? is that critical?

BTW, we're using the latest failsafe software with libc6 2.1.3
I also noticed that this is not restricted to ccacdb_poll but also
occurs at other _polls, namely: cfscdb_poll, ccacdb_shutdown and
cfscdb_shutdown

Any help appreciated.

    Peter
