[LinuxFailSafe] [Announce] OSDL Cluster sourceforge update

I just pushed a new tarball of our reference implementation out to
the OSDL Cluster page (http://sourceforge.net/projects/osdlcluster/)
on sourceforge.

This package contains sample code and header files that implement
v0.3 of the draft Event Notification API (as posted last Friday on
the OCF mailing list (http://www.opencf.org).  This is still a work
in progress to help determine the implementability of the API.

An additional gem in this release is code and a patch that grafts
this API onto the FailSafe cluster software.  This work was done by
Mark Haverkamp (markh@osdl.org).  Thanks Mark!
