[LinuxFailSafe] system controller port owner?

Good morning,

with a setup like the BayTech network attached switch, basically all machines
can directly reset each other, so the "owner" field is not required, and in
fact, if it happens that this machine is down too, the CRS can't fullfill the
request.

Is work being done to allow a) multiple owners, b) make the CRS aware that
every node could invoke that request?
