Yes, it does. This needs to be fixed by making the resource-type-specific
properties in packages/com/sgi/fsmgr/PackageP.properties get loaded from
the server so that it's easy for people who write new resource types to
plug them in. There's already support for loading properties from the
server, so I think this will be pretty easy to fix, and just involves A)
changing the places in the GUI where those properties are loaded, and B)
agreeing on where on the server to put the new properties files.

Yes, really the GUI should load the list of reset devices from the server; we
talked about doing this, but one complication is that it's more than just the
list of types which need to come from the server: the list of UI components
needs to come as well (because foo takes a password, and bar doesn't, etc.).
Whether that means the server sends some description of the fields, and the
client creates the right components, or whether the server sends compiled
Java classes which the client then instantiates, I don't know. For now we
just hard-coded the list, since that will all probably change substantially
when we add proper support for STONITH devices.
