[Linux-HA] Cannot compile Reusable-Cluster-Components-glue-1.0.3

Hi Florian,
I managed to get the contents of http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current by using "wget -r"  from my linux desktop at home and then bringing it to work on a flash drive.  However, I still maintain that web access should not be a requirement for a compile to work.
