[Linux-HA] A Shadow Instance Already Exists

I was just following the instructions on page lv of Andrew's "Cluster
from Scratch" document. Where it says to do 'cib new drbd' and then
later commit it. Evidently I broke it somehow. So how do I delete old
shadow instances?
