Er, which web interface? You created one?
In order to modify the cib, you have to go with one of these:
- stop the cluster, remove signature files (cib.xml.sig), and
edit cib.xml by hand

Yes, that should be possible too, though I never tried it.
There's more than one way one can modify the CIB
