Well, in v1 it "just worked" using loopback aliases to bind services on
vips. This behavior should be default in the legacy compatibility
wrapper thingy. I'm not so happy about this change.

Well really? ;) But does it matter? On which machines does this code
run? Pentium 1? ;)
I think on every machine, which is able to run the operating system
required by this heartbeat version, it will not make a difference if cut
or awk is used.
