Looking at the rilo script, I'm not sure whether the power-off action will do
what you expect. The ilo scripting guide says that the '<SET_HOST_POWER
HOST_POWER = "N"/> action sends an acpi power off request to do a graceful
shutdown, rather than zapping the server dead.
I think the SET_HOST_POWER action needs to be changed to be '<HOLD_PWR_BTN>/'
or <COLD_BOOT_SERVER/>
eg
