[Linux-HA] OCF version of drbd

I'm trying to run the OCF version of the drbd script. The script seems 
to only do an 'up' on the resource which does not make it primary. I see 
that the promote/demote commands do a primary/secondary on the resource, 
which is what I would have expected from start/stop.

My problem appears to be that when heartbeat starts it does a 'drbd 
start' and then a 'Filesystem start'. Unfortunately, without doing a 
'drbdadm primary' first, the Filesystem script can't mount the drbd 
resource. I've attached my cib.xml in case that will shed any light on 
my problem. Is there some other step in between drbd and Filesystem I 
need to do?
