That's not what I mean. What I was asking was - has anybody been talking to
the Samba folks about implementing a replicating Samba server, i.e. where
the active node replicates all of its internal state data to the other one
so that a failover can be as transparent as with UDP NFS? I know this
requires quite a bit of effort modifying Samba but IMHO it would be worth
it, giving Samba quite a bit of an edge over Windows.
