[Linux-HA] Can we use Heartbeat in windows after compiling there

You might want to try building it under MS's SFU (services for unix) which, the
last I knew was no-cost and implements a strict posix Unix environment. V3.5
should have most of the necessary facilitys. 

Prereq: be sure Glib can build and install, there may be a build out there, not
sure as I don't have a box to run SFU on anymore.
