Nothing that I'm aware of (it's a very minimalistic environment, sort of a 
firewall embedded in a Xen host). There's no IO activity, nothing I could 
find. Everything is loaded by boot scripts, we only start heartbeat, syslog, 
postfix, and a script of our own, doing iptables stuff...
It always occurs around 5 minutes after boot (more or less 10 seconds).

Yes, but I couldn't find a valid patch for Xen yet ... will do as soon as I 
find one.
