[Linux-HA] Filesystem 'fuser -mk' hang on voluntary failover

I've had a couple cases on voluntary failover (running hb_standby)
where the shutdown has hung while running 'fuser -mk' from
/etc/ha.d/resource.d/Filesystem.  Has anybody else had that problem?
One of the two times I killed the fuser process and everything switched
over normally.  This is on a recent Debian testing distribution running
kernel 2.6.10-ac9.
