If I manual move a resource (i.e. playing with stickiness, score and
is_managed) or bring down a monitored interface/service I get no errors.
But if I restart heartbeat or annoy it with endless loops forking processes
or simply by pressing the power button the error messages occur when
heartbeat comes up.
