[Linux-HA] CIB configuration synch

Hi all,
    I have a question about the cib information synchronization between 
all nodes in the cluster.  From what I understand the cib.xml file 
should be maintained by using cibadmin tool.  I suppose that every node 
should have it's own copy of the {lib path}/heartbeat/crm/cib.xml.  
Shouldn't the command cibadmin -S cause a synchronization of all the 
cib.xml files on all nodes to the latest updated one ?  This did not 
happen for my setup (cluster with 2 nodes).  Perhaps there are other 
steps I am missing.  If not, I'll post my config files.
