Heartbeat V2 doesn't use the haresources if you enable
crm in ha.cf but the Cluster Information Base (CIB).
Before the first start of heartbeat you can copy the content
of your existing haresources into /hb/var/lib/heartbeat/crm/cib.xml.
This is only necessary on the first node you start heartbeat because
this database will be replicated to the others.
Now empty the haresources and start the heartbeat service.
