[Linux-HA] Where to get send_arp ?

Hello all,

I got a code a long time ago called send_arp identified  as yuri 
volobuev 97. If I remember correctly, I found it on ultramonkey's site.
This code is  convenient in IP failover contexts.

I've read that send_arp is part of heartbeat. Is it true ? Did the code 
evolve ?

Is there a more recent version available somewhere ? The "kit" I have 
is just made of a c code and a makefile.
