[Linux-HA] IPVSadm doesn't work

Hi all, I've installed ipvsadm on my server but unfortunately it does'nt work. 

 

My virtual IP is 172.24.100.123   

And the real addresses are  172.22.100.173 and 172.22.100.171  

I'm trying to connect to a web server on both real servers. 

 

Could u please help me.
