[Linux-HA] logrotate consumes CPU time up to 90%, why? how to avoid this?

Ha, I have one cluster of two nodes with heartbeat-1.0.3 on linux 7.3. So 
far It have ran over 2 days. So far so good, it still live. but when I use 
"top" to look at processor activity, I find a strange thing:
logrotate consumes CPU time up to 80%~ 90%. here is details:

Is this normal? how to avoid this situation?
