	Also, our redundancy comes over BGP... I just love having my ips
from arinc, not from any isp, makes our backbones smoke :)

Right.  I meant dumb switches.

Just this week, we got a patch from Horms which corrects a previously
unnoticed non-compliance with RFCs and common practices.

It would be interesting to see if this patch cleared up your problem.
