Yes, but the problem we are seing with the new kernel doesn't manifest
itself with "lost local heartbeat errors" - it manifests by one server
momentarily stopping hearing the other server and creating a split brain

We've been seeing lost local heartbeats and having heartbeats stop all

a long enough period of time that it causes a split brain condition. =0D
