Firstly, this discussion would be better made on the
lvs-users at linuxvirtualserver.org list. I've CCed this reply to that list
and linux-ha at muc.de should probably be removed from subsequent
correspondence.

I'm not sure if I quite understand your question but when LVS-NAT is used
the destination (virtual) IP is rewritten before packets are forward to the
real servers and the reverse is done to reply packets. If you are trying to
migrate virtual IPs from one IP to another you should be able to do this
buy setting up a virtual service on each of the IPs (the old VIP and the
new VIP). LVS-NAT should take care of making sure the real servers get
packets addressed to them.
