Heartbeat CFR (Call for Refinements ;-))

Hi Alan & members of the linux-ha list,

Actually, by refined, I wasn't referring to any of those things.  To
me, the "sign of refinement" is a script that helps perform
installation and a user interface to add and monitor the high
availability services. 

It isn't rocket science, but if you look at kimberlite, you'll see
that this takes a lot of code.
