In addition to the things I said in my other mail, it is *vital* that the
first resource on the line be identical.

Do you have a way of sending RFC-compliant emails?  If so it would be a
help.

Your attachments were difficult to figure out because of the funky
all-uppercase 8.3 filenames they came with, and your cc list contained
illegal addresses.
