Thanks, Andrew.  Sorry for my delay in acknowledging your email.

I've got a vague recollection of something like this being done in my
early days with hg.linux-ha.org (hence my successfully pushed patches
during the last couple of years).  So I guess that something somewhere
somehow must have changed in the last few months.  Anyway, I'll try to
give it another shot at some point but I'll first have to re-sync myself
into linux-ha mode which may take several days...
