What I meant was not to drop the lines between #ifdef and #endif
just to make them not optional. I thought that I made it clear
in the same sentence. Obviously not.

Didn't know that that is a prerequisite to post. I'm typically
short on good ideas anyway.

Nice to have, but not sure if that should be a priority. My guess
is that for now just having mgmtd start with the rest of the CRM
related stuff would suffice.
