Yeah, well, that was Andrew's intent, but one can discuss anything.
Nowhere was it said that we'd abandon any bugs, or not serve any
customer. Sigh.

(And one might argue that Andrew's step to setup a mailing list +
bugzilla was caused by a certain inability to post to the existing
mailing list for a while, which might have felt whimsical. But I
disgress.)

Looking at the per-user stats in bugzilla, I don't think Alan's queue
would be well-served by this either. 

Similarily, I was somewhat shocked to see that the IRC channel reference
had been removed from the ContactUs page. (Presumably because Alan no
longer frequents it, but that admittedly is only my guess.)

(And yes, I've taken the liberty to revert those changes, because the
IRC channel seems to be quite helpful for some users.)

I'm somewhat annoyed - again - by being reprimanded that we wouldn't
discuss things in public, yet the discussions receive no replies, and
we're silently cut out of the communication loops. That just strikes me
as ...  not helpful nor consistent.
