Are the OCF RA operations synchronous or asynchronous
?

Or, in other words, is there any built-in mechanism
designed to prevent the starting, and thus the
simultaneous execution of two or more operations on
the same instance, i.e.:

- a 'status' operation while a 'monitor' operation is
currently executing  ?

- a user issued 'stop' operation while a 'monitor'
operation is currently executing ?
