[Linux-ha-dev] Simple explanation for routing ocf_log msgs to separate file

On my linux box, I had added

logfacility local0

to ha.cf.

Then added

local0.*                                              /var/log/ha.log

to syslog.conf.

With the setup I have, HA ends up logging its stuff to both 
/var/log/messages and /var/log/ha.log at the same time...I could clean 
up the syslog.conf file to solve that problem.
