You might want to do that for SLES, but for the general packages, I
definitely want to ship the Oracle and DB2 RAs which will _never_ be
there in the build environment. So, I think the idea of doing something
with the data besides testing at install or startup time not a good thought.
But maybe I misunderstood what you intended.
